Garlic cleaners and garlic peeler are continuous working in-line cleaning and peelibng system of dry garlic without using any chemical treatment. The bulb of naturally dried garlic (from at least 3 month old crop) is put in feed hoper for the removal of hard skin and cleaning of garlic. The food contacting parts of garlic cleaners are made of SS, whereas the other structures are fabricated from MS duly spray-painted. These garlic peeler and garlic peeling machines are electrically operated, suitable for mass production.

Specification : Based on tumbling process, ginger cleaners and ginger peelers are very useful in cleaning and peeling ginger to get dust-free and complete white-skin ginger. Gingers are kept inside the rotating drum for cleaning by means of water spray under the influence of centrifugal force. These ginger cleaners and ginger peelers are highly beneficial due to minimum yield wastage.

Specification : Used for heating of pulp / juice to a desired temp.A steam jacketed kettle is made up of 10swg & 12swg of 304 grade stainless-steel. Specification : The retort main body shall be fabricated in cylindrical shape and it will have fixed dished end bottom. The complete retort shall be fabricated out of mild steel or S.S..Inside the retort shall be provided steam / water connections. Complete with pressure gauge, safety valve.

Vertical Retort

Specification : The retort’s main body shall be fabricated in cylindrical shape and it will have fixed dished end bottom. The top of the retort shall be dished end in shape and shall be removable/open able. The complete retort shall be fabricated out of mild steel. Inside the retort shall be provided steam / connection. The perforated can carrying baskets / crates shall also be fabricated out of mild steel. Creates and body are fully painted with rust free solvent. Complete with pressure gauge, safety valve.

Application :

• Suitable for fruit and vegetable pulp sterilization of cans and bottles after sealing.

Specification :- It is used for drying of Leafy vegetable,fruits,Slices of Root vegetable. Here Electrical heater used for heating purpose. The capacity ranges from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192,240 trays

Baggas fired Tray dryer
Specification :- Here Bagasse, wood,coal are used for Heating purpose for air. Here with the help of bagasse hot air generate which is useful for remove the moisture from product. The capacity ranges from 96, 192,240 trays. It is very cost effective as compared to electrical heating.

Continuous or Tunnel Type Tray Dryer
Specification :- Here Electrical heater used for heating purpose. It is only used for large capacity. Here trolley on which tray is fitted is conveying with the help of Conveyor.
Multistage Dryer
Specification :- It is compact as compared to Tunnel Type tray dryer. Here Electrical heater used for heating purpose.
