Insulated Bottle Filling Tank
Insulated tank made of 16G 304St.Steel. Bottle filling attachments with filling nozzle are provided. It maintains the temperature of filling material and to preserve the product. This tank consists of two hand operated valve units.

Over Head Tank Capacity: 150Ltr. to 300Ltr.

Fruits Washer (Screw Type)
Useful for cleaning of Raw mangoes, Lemon,Carrot,tomato having thick skin, rinsed by water pressure sprays due to nozzle fitted on the water line .One side inlet will accept the material and cleaned part of the material will be carried out by means of Rotary drum screw conveyor. Out put can be collected at mesh tables or on cutting belt directly.

Fruits And Vegetable Washer (Belt Type)
Suitable for washing of fruits and vegetable. The fruits are soaked in the water and are subjected to thorough agitation by means of powerful blower to loosen dust and such foreign particles. From washing tank they are rised by a pick up conveyor and are rinsed by water pressure sprays. Overflow water is collected in overflow tank with filter arrangement. This particular water is circulated back feed end of washer via water circulation pump. Capacity ranging from 500 kg per hour to 10000 kg per hour can be provided in the fruit and vegetable washer.

Application : It is universal type.It is mainly used for Fruits and Root Vegetable, Leafy vegetable.
